We had a fabulous time celebrating Ben's first birthday. We got to celebrate with each of our families, as well as with Ben's birth family. We love that we get to continue to have them in our lives and his. I did a monster theme for his party which was pretty fun.
I'm certainly no expert, but growing up my Mom always made our birthday cakes, so I do that each birthday for the boys.
Ben was a bit hesitant at first but in the end he demolished his smash cake.
The cutest part was when he was sharing it with Will. These two love to share food with each other. It is a mystery to me ha ha.
We ended the party by opening gifts. I think Ben was pretty excited with what we got him!
