Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to this amazing Dad!  We are so lucky to have him and our boys adore him.  He is always there to wrestle them, help with an ouchie, change a diaper, and teach them something new.  He is so invested in being  part of every aspect of their lives.

Here he is proudly sporting his Father's Day gift.  I couldn't pass up a shirt that combined Dad jokes with one of his favorite things, chemistry.

For Father's Day we always have root beer floats, one of Dave's favorite treats.  So grateful for this Daddy and all he does for us!

Dave's Birthday

We had so much fun celebrating these two birthday boys.  It is always fun to get together with Dave's twin and celebrate their birthdays together.

This year we spent the afternoon at Red Ledges exploring.  It is such an amazing and interesting place to have so close to home.

The kids really enjoyed checking it out.  There were a lot of cool rocks to look at and they loved playing in the sand as well as throwing rocks in the river.

It is so nice that we have kids close in age.  These cousins sure love each other.

After hanging out at Red Ledges we came home for pizza and birthday cake (or birthday pie in Dave's case).  Birthdays are a big deal and we always try to make them special.  There is nothing more special than having a fun time with family!
